We collect the minimum data required to operate the service:

• email address — for registration, sign-in and notifications;
• payment provider identifiers — to confirm payment;
• IP address and device technical data — to enforce subscription limits;
• hourly traffic volume and speed, without addresses of visited resources — to enforce limits and keep the service stable, kept for 7 days;
• samples of destination addresses, no more than 20 — only if automated protection detected spam or network scanning from the account, kept for 30 days;
• authorization and security event logs — to protect the account.

We do not store the contents of your traffic or your browsing history. Technical connection records are never written to disk: they exist only in server memory and are deleted after automated checks, usually within a minute.

Data is used solely for:

• providing proxy/VPN services and user support;
• subscription calculations and invoicing;
• technical monitoring of service health;
• system notifications (confirmations, subscription expiry, new devices).

We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law. In some connection modes, traffic may pass through partner network infrastructure: the partner can see your device's IP address, while the traffic content stays encrypted.

Data is protected by the following measures:

• encryption of sensitive database fields (passwords, provider keys);
• role- and token-based access control for the admin panel;
• regular security log audits;
• data storage on isolated infrastructure.

You have the right to:

• receive a copy of your own data from the dashboard;
• request deletion of your account and all related data;
• withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time;
• update or correct your profile information.
